- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

- Exchanges are offered for items damaged during shipping or if there’s a manufacturing defect.

- Return Process:

- Our team will provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items such as personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placement.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
- Refunds for Cancellations:
- If the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Cancellation of Custom Orders:
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
